Working in schools is some of the most challenging work anyone can do. I have worked a wide variety of schools. I have worked in Title One USA schools to highly affluent International schools. What I have learned in all of these settings is that all students and staff need support regardless of the setting.

Support staff in schools are all currently overwhelmed with the influx of a wide variety of issues we are managing due to the impact of the pandemic. Families and countries are in crisis, but schools are expected to move forward and be a safe place for children to grow and learn.

This is a monumental task for school support staff. I am here to offer resources, support, and consultations as needed. I have trained staff in what trauma looks like and how it impacts staff and students. I can help implement advisory or SEL programs, or help adjust your current advisory/SEL program to meet the new and demanding needs in your building.
